I would wholeheartedly recommend metal Staircases to anyone who wants superior quality and superior service. Ben and his team designed and built a very complicated entirely bespoke staircase over 4 floor levels including a beautiful bridging section and central light well. It looks like it grew there. Ben was so helpful every step of the way, from the initial design development stage to the final installation day, he was always at the end of the line to answer any queries. We made contact with Ben at Metal Staircase after a recommendation from our interior designer. Ben was proactive during the design process and developed and improved our ideas to produce a bespoke product. This was then produced over a 6 week period and delivered on schedule for the fitter. The quality of all the parts was high and Ben provided detailed installation instructions and phone support for the fitter.

There are many generalist metal fabricators offering staircase services, but after researching suppliers between Birmingham and Newcastle Upon Tyne for our Manchester new build, we came to the conclusion that only Ben and colleagues at the Metal Staircase Company offered the required specialist expertise and experience, attention to design detail and build precision, and willingness to expend generous amounts of time to collaborate creatively with our architect and prime contractor to make the resulting staircase the focal point of our new home.
