Your installation will be carried out by a professional as this service we are offering is supply only. Whilst we aim to design our staircases to be easily installed, this is based on industry standards. We recommend that your staircase is installed by an industry professional. We supply a kit of parts, including fixings, adhesives and a touch up kit, however, we do not supply any tools. It would be down to your installer to use their own tools to complete the work.

• RECEIVE AND SIGN FOR DELIVERY

You are required to take the delivery of the goods on the date and time as agreed with you. A delivery note signed by you is a proof of delivery of the goods. You will need to ensure that you have sufficient resources available to transport the goods from our vehicle to the installation site. You should have at least 4 persons available and you may also wish to arrange for heavy lifting equipment to assist with this.
