We have been trading for a while now, so we thought it was about time we updated our look. A complete overhaul whilst aiming to maintain a recognisable image and brand, as well as staying true to our roots.
The main changes are the appearance of the website where we have refined the users experience, creating a smoother journey from the homepage to enquiry. This comes with new staircase and balustrade styles, together with updated photography and a few more new features.
We now have a recent projects page, where you can keep up to date on all of our latest designs. New case studies will be added on a regular basis, so you can see all the exciting things we have been up to.
As our process is a little unfamiliar to new customers, we felt that it would be helpful to generate a list of frequently asked questions, making it quick and easy to get the answers you need. This has its own dedicated page where you can find questions and answers regarding design features, installation advice as well as payment & delivery. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, we are always on the other end of the phone.
Finally, we have integrated the stair builder on to each individual product page. It opens on to the specific style, and now has additional balustrade features. This is a feature of our website we have put a lot of work into and we will continue to improve functionality as we improve our service.
